In April 2004 Law Office Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN
together with leading law firms from Latvia and Lithuania formed
the strategic group LAWIN. The law firms establishing LAWIN
are in addition to Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN also
Klavins & Slaidins LAWIN from Latvia and Lideika,
Petrauskas, Valiunas ir partneriai LAWIN from Lithuania.
The aim of LAWIN is to combine the knowledge and expertise
and talented human resources of each of the three firms to
provide integrated legal services of the highest quality to
regional investors throughout the three Baltic countries. LAWIN
currently has over 80 lawyers, making it the single largest
legal presence working in the Baltics.
LAWIN law offices also provide consultation relating to investment
activities, establishment of companies, mergers and acquisitions
for both local investors and international corporations in
three Baltic countries.
Law Office Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN is also a member
of Lex Mundi – the worlds leading association of independent
law firms, comprised of more than 160 members in 99 countries
and more than 20,000 lawyers all over the world. Law Office
Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN is also a member of LAW (Lawyers Associated Worldwide).
Law Office Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN has also close
cooperation relationships with several international well-known
