Peeter Lepik and Katri Paas attended Annual Conference of Lex Mundi
Representatives of Lex Mundi member firms from more than 50 countries attended the Annual and Asia Pacific Regional Conference held in Singapore, October 11-14, 2007. The Conference featured meeting of the Board of Directors of Lex Mundi, practice group meetings and informative plenary sessions concerning client service standards, how to attract, motivate and retain young lawyers, the necessity for financial economic crime prevention guidelines for corporations and the implications of anti-money laundering requirements on corporations and in-house and external counsel. At last year’s Annual Conference, held in Chicago, September 14-17, Mr. Peeter Lepik, co-founder and current managing partner of Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN, was elected as a Director of the Board of Directors of Lex Mundi. Katri Paas is currently studying in Singapore in the dual degree programme of New York University School of Law (NYU) and the National University of Singapore (NUS) to obtain an LL.M. in Law and the Global Economy from NYU and an LL.M. from NUS.
