LAWIN M&A Seminar in Riga
More than 30 lawyers belonging to the Corporate and M&A practice group of LAWIN participated at the M&A seminar held in Riga on 29 November 2007. The purpose of the seminar was to share experience and strengthen international co-operation and teamwork between the members of LAWIN M&A group, in order to meet all requirements of the most demanding clients and to continue providing professional and integrated M&A advisory and transaction services at the highest level. Year 2007 has been extremely successful for the LAWIN pan-Baltic M&A practice as the lawyers of the team have worked on majority of the largest and most complex M&A transactions in the region demanding international experience, professional approach and resources.
