Mr. Ermo Kosk and Ms. Gerli Kilusk have been appointed Associate Partners of the firm

Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN is pleased to announce that Mr. Ermo Kosk and Ms. Gerli Kilusk have been appointed Associate Partners of the firm, effective March 1, 2008.

The new associate partners come from the firm’s Corporate and M&A, Finance and Tax practice groups.

Mr. Ermo Kosk – Banking and Finance, M&A
Mr. Kosk practises primarily in the areas of banking law, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and securities. He has developed particular expertise in the areas of acquisition and project financings. He joined the firm in 2004 and is member of the Estonian Bar Association.

Ms. Gerli Kilusk – Capital Markets, M&A
Gerli practises primarily in the areas of capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kilusk practised for two years as an associate at a top-tier Estonian law firm. Ms. Kilusk is member of the Estonian Bar Association.
