Gerli Kilusk acquired the qualification of attorney-at-law
Gerli Kilusk, the associate partner and leading lawyer of Corporate and M&A team of Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN, successfully performed the attorney-at-law's examination of Estonian Bar Association and was approved as an attorney-at-law in January 2009. Ms Kilusk focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, private equity, venture capital and structured finance transactions involving significant cross-border component. She has successfully advised venture capital investors, mutual fund and other types of institutional investors in Estonian and pan-Baltic transactions, as well as Estonian corporations in connection with acquisitions and disposals in the CEE region. She has also coordinated many large-scale due diligence operations throughout the Baltics and has been in charge of M&A trasnactions involving up to ten EU member state jurisdictions per transaction. Gerli Kilusk graduated with an LL.B. degree in law from the Faculty of Law of University of Tartu and is a member of Estonian Bar Association since 2005. Before joining Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN in 2006 she worked as an attorney at law office Raidla & Partners. In March 2008 Gerli Kilusk was appointed associate partner at Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN.
