Attorney-at-Law Elo Tamm gave a presentation at the seminar „Cartels and New Leniency Programme in Estonia” organised jointly by the Ministry of Justice and the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry

The Ministry of Justice together with the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry started a series of seminars for enterprisers called "Fair Business Environment". The purpose of the series is to discuss with the enterprisers what steps should be taken in order to make the business environment more fair.

The first seminar of series "Cartels and New Leniency Programme in Estonia" was held on February 17, 2009. Elo Tamm, the Head of the Competition Law team of Law Office Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN gave a presentation on "Applying for Leniency in Estonia and Abroad from Attorney's Perspective".

The seminar was opened by the Minister of Justice, Rein Lang. In addition to Elo Tamm presentations were also given by Toomas Luman, CEO of the Estonian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Norman Aas, the Chief Public Prosecutor and Martin Hirvoja, Deputy Secretary General of the Criminal Policy Department of the Ministry of Justice. The presentations were followed by a discussion lead by Siim Raie, Director General of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
