Public Procurement Seminar in co-operation with leading Estonian Business Newspaper „Äripäev“

At the seminar on April 1, 2009 the public procurement and PPP (Public Private Partnership) specialists of Law Office Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN will discuss the problem areas in public procurement and give practical guidelines on how to participate in public procurement procedures and how to avoid the most common mistakes.The seminar will also give an overview of the co-operation of public and private sectors in public procurement.

Attorneys-at-Law Marko Mehilane, Kristina Vind, Liina Naaber-Kivisoo and Viive Näslund have gained long-term professional experience in the given area by advising among others:

  • the City of Government of Tallinn on the largest PPP project in Estonia (renovation of public schools, transaction value over MEUR 250);
