Attorney-at-Law Viive Näslund from Law Office Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN was appointed panelist for .eu domain name disputes at the Czech Arbitration Court.
The Prague-based Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1949 and was appointed by EURid on 12 April 2005 to provide alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for .eu domain name disputes.
The Czech Arbitration Court administers ADR Proceedings according to ADR Rules and ADR Supplemental Rules, and in line with the Public Policy Rules for .eu of the European Commission (EC Regulation 784/2004). Attorneys of Law Office Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN were also participating in drafting the rules for .eu domain name disputes in Estonian.
