The Chambers Global Guide ranks Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN as first-tier firm in Corporate and Commercial practice area
The Chambers Global Guide, published on 16 January 2006, ranks Law Office Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN as "first-tier firm" in Corporate and Commercial practice area. The Chambers Global Guide states the following: "The firm is now clearly one of the top Baltic operations, following the formal creation of the 'Lawin' pan-Baltic network that links it with some of the leading law firms in the region. It has expanded rapidly in the past few years and has developed an excellent team that clients praise for being "responsive and always able to deal with major transactions." In addition to general corporate and M&A work, the firm covers an array of other matters, including tax and maritime law but wins particular recognition for its work in the construction sector. It is also active in the banking and finance field where recent highlights include advising Raiffeisen Zentralbank Österreich on a €108 million loan for the construction of a pulp mill factory."
