Gerli Kilusk joined the team of Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN

As of 1 September 2006, Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN has a new attorney Gerli Kilusk. Gerli Kilusk graduated from the University of Tartu, Faculty of Law in 2004 and became a member of Estonian Bar Association in 2005. Before joining the law office Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN Gerli worked for the law office Raidla & Partners.

Gerli’s main practice areas are general corporate & commercial law, merges and acquisitions, corporate governance, intellectual property, litigation, arbitration and other ADR.
