An article on the reform of Estonian competition law published in the December 2006 issue of European Competition Law Review
An article “Reform of Estonian Competition Law and the Remaining Problems” by our associate Katri Paas was published in the December 2006 issue of European Competition Law Review. The article gives an overview of the latest amendments of the Estonian Competition Act, which entered into force in July 1, 2006, and explains the background and the need for such changes. The article also points to some remaining problems in Estonian competition regulation.
