Tax Counsel Maret Hallikma joined the team of Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN
As of September 1, Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN has a new tax counsel Maret Hallikma. Before joinig the team of Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN, Maret has worked in years 2006-2007 as a tax counsel for the law office of Raidla and Partners, in years 1998-2006 as a head lawyer, head of the Legal Department of the National Tax and Customs Board and in years 1995-1998 as a head specialist, head of the division of State Property Department in the Ministry of Finance. Maret is an arbitrator of the Arbitral Tribunal for Resolution of Insurance Disputes, a member of the International Fiscal Association and has participated in elaboration of the Taxation Act. Her main practice areas are tax and customs, administrative law and litigation.
