Real Estate Seminar of LAWIN group
30 lawyers from LAWIN group participated in the real estate seminar held in Vilnius on September 14, 2007. Participants discussed real estate market issues and problems related to acquisition and development of real estate and analyzed market trends in all three Baltic States. Overviews regarding acquisition and lease of real estate, construction activities and purchase of property by foreign citizens or foreign companies were presented by lawyers Simas Gudynas and Liudas Basiulis from Lideika, Petrauskas, Valiunas ir partneriai LAWIN, Natalja Nassonovskaja from Lepik & Luhaäär LAWIN and team of lawyers from Klavins & Slaidins LAWIN.
